These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3999dat ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the 3999dat website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support services, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration, or by continuing to access or use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Payment Method Integrity: You must only use payment methods that belong to you personally. The use of another person's bKash account, bank card, or other payment instrument to fund your 3999dat account is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud. Any account found to be using third-party payment methods will be suspended pending investigation.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 3999dat may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied, and the account can be reactivated at any time by logging in and verifying your identity.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period as stated in the individual offer terms. Unused bonus funds and unclaimed free spins will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.

3999dat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

All sports betting activity on 3999dat is governed by the specific sport and market rules published within the platform, alongside the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once you have received a confirmed bet reference number from the platform. Bets placed during system outages, connection interruptions, or while odds are suspended are not valid and will be voided and refunded. 3999dat reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Odds and Pricing: All odds displayed on 3999dat are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. A bet is placed at the odds available and confirmed at the time your bet is accepted. 3999dat shall not be liable for any technical errors that result in incorrectly displayed odds; any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at the Company's discretion.

Cricket Betting: For cricket markets on the platform — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series — the following general rules apply: a match must reach a minimum number of overs as specified in the relevant market rules to be considered valid for settlement purposes; abandoned matches will be settled as void unless otherwise stated; weather-affected matches are settled according to the official result, including DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method outcomes.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, European Roulette, live dealer tables, and virtual sports — are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider and are available on request. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and wheel-spinning processes conducted under controlled studio conditions.

During an investigation, the account and any associated accounts may be temporarily suspended. If prohibited activity is confirmed, the Company's decision regarding account closure and fund forfeiture is final and binding.

3999dat reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.
• At the Company's reasonable discretion for operational or security reasons.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel gambling is becoming a problem — may request a self-exclusion via our Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in the account being locked for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened at the player's request until the exclusion period has expired and a mandatory cooling-off review has been completed.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure for any reason, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits held at the time of closure are for feited without compensation. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding verification and the absence of any reason to withhold funds under these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3999dat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interrupted service, or data loss. The Company's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the stake directly involved in the relevant event.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3999dat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3999dat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
